About the Programme

BSc (Hons) in Finance and Technology (Fintech) is a contemporary programme that integrates finance with technological innovation. It is designed to prepare graduates for professional and managerial careers in the Fintech industry. The programme combines the disciplines of finance and technology with innovations such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity.

This programme prepares graduates to understand the principles of finance and the role of technology in transforming financial services. The Fintech programme further focuses on developing the skills required to meet the future demands of the industry by cultivating knowledge and skills in cryptocurrency investments, business forecasting, corporate governance, risk and ethics, business analytics and risk management, predictive analytics, and digital financial solutions.

Students are required to pass 8 modules, totalling to 120 credits in each year (each level). Students must complete 360 credits (24 modules) for a Diploma in Higher Education and 480 credits (32 modules) for a BSc (Honours) degree.
